Maine YogaFest 2017

For those who may not have heard about YogaFest before checking it out. You will not be disappointed. There is something for everyone here. You can challenge yourself with back bending, explore aerial yoga, get on the water with SUP Yoga, restore and rejuvenate with a Meditation, Yoga Nidra, or Restorative Yoga, or kick it into high gear with a Buti Yoga, Core Pulse or Yoga Boot Camp. You can be a long-standing practitioner of yoga or brand new.

The mission of the Maine YogaFest (MYF) is to create a wellness event for the Maine and New England community to come together, celebrate the healing powers of yoga and encourage a healthy, peaceful and compassionate way of living. Our vision is to build a premier forum in Maine that provides a sense of togetherness and community among yoga teachers, studios, and practitioners. By raising awareness of the physical, mental and spiritual benefits of yoga, we hope to strengthen the yoga movement and culture in our beautiful State.

Maine YogaFest is held at the East End Community School at 195 North Street in Portland, ME. Maine YogaFest is a two and a half day celebration of amazing local and regional yoga talent. The festival offers a diverse program allowing participants to try a wide range of yoga styles and techniques by a variety of teachers. MYF aims to support the growth of the Maine economy by featuring local music, food and vendors throughout the weekend.
